Karnalyte Resources Inc. is an advanced potash development company focused on financing and building its construction ready Wynyard Potash Project, Phase One. The company owns 100% interest in Subsurface Mineral Leases KLSA 010, KL 247A, and KL 246 totalling of 367 km2 (90,766 acres) of mineral rights. Karnalyte’s goal is to become the next greenfield potash mine, with low capital costs, a superior product, and the lowest environmental impact. A modular construction plan will initially produce 625,000 tonnes per year of high grade granular potash, with 2 following phases taking total production up to 2.125 million tonnes per year.
